Description
The City of Stillwater is soliciting bids for Project 26TR12, the rehabilitation and improvement of the existing mini-roundabout at 10th Avenue and Main Street. The scope includes full-depth pavement repair; stamped-concrete rehabilitation; stone wall and foundation work; demolition; landscaping, plants, topsoil, irrigation, and hardscaping; solar lighting; street-name, yield, pedestrian, and roundabout signage; pavement markings and striping; traffic control; erosion control; utility coordination; and related restoration. An alternate provides for full replacement of the four-inch stamped-concrete apron, including mountable curb. Bidders must submit unit pricing through the electronic bidding portal, along with a five-percent bid security, contractor qualifications, bid and non-collusion affidavits, business relationship affidavit, nondiscrimination documentation, and required certifications. The successful contractor must provide performance, maintenance, and statutory bonds and certificates of insurance at contract signing, self-perform at least 15 percent of the project by cost, and complete the work under the stated 42-calendar-day substantial-completion and 56-calendar-day final-completion schedule after notice to proceed.
