Description
Drumright Independent School District 39 is soliciting proposals for Category One broadband data transmission and internet access services supporting a wide area network across five eligible entities. The requested capacity ranges from 1 Gbps to 25 Gbps, with incremental pricing required across that range. The district is also seeking leased on-premise Category One network equipment and installation and initial configuration. Proposals are subject to E-Rate funding and subsequent governing board approval, must comply with the Lowest Corresponding Price rule, and may include an initial one-year term with up to four annual renewals. The sample agreement states that recurring services would run from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, while non-recurring services would run from April 1, 2028, through September 30, 2028.
