Description
Drumright Independent School District 39 is seeking proposals for point-to-point broadband data connections from Drumright High School to four receiving school sites. The requested solution must provide 1 Gbps endpoint service, support growth from 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps, and allow bandwidth increases up to 25 Gbps during the contract term. Proposals may use any delivery mode and must identify the service path, bandwidth, contract term, recurring and non-recurring charges, installation or construction costs, equipment, taxes, fees, and surcharges. The scope may include leased on-premises equipment, special construction, installation, configuration, LAN connectivity, and ongoing network support. Offerors must provide a project timeline, network diagram, proposed service-level agreement, incremental port-level pricing, and pricing for all requested connections. The service must be available by July 1, 2027, and the resulting agreement must permit site additions, moves, changes, bandwidth modifications, and cancellation without penalty when a site permanently closes. Proposals must comply with E-Rate and Oklahoma Universal Service Fund requirements and include the required pricing, experience and references, and OUSF verification materials.
