Description
The City of Celina is soliciting janitorial and porter services for 19 municipal facilities, including administrative buildings, public works locations, police facilities, community centers, libraries, laboratories, a parking garage, and related sites. The scope includes recurring weekly janitorial service, porter service at designated facilities during operating hours, equipment, supervision, personnel, tools, materials, labor, deep-cleaning services and scheduling, and all-inclusive pricing. The solicitation also requests unit pricing for future additions and one-time cleaning for special-event preparation. Two listed facilities are expected to be demolished by mid-2027. The contract is for one year with up to two additional one-year renewal periods. The approximate annual budget is $185,000. Proposers must attend the entirety of at least one mandatory in-person pre-bid meeting and site visit option and visit the designated sites. Responses require electronic bid attributes and pricing, along with the Statement of Qualifications, Conflict of Interest form, W-9, Non-Resident Bidder Form, and electronically filed and signed Form 1295. Addendum 1 clarifies staffing expectations, porter-service schedules, facility quantities, and provides floor plans for the Downtown Center and Clubhouse.
