Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting a firm-fixed-price construction purchase order for gutter, downspout, and snow-guard work at the Morris Wetland Management District. The project includes installing color-matched, non-penetrating snow stops on standing-seam steel roofs; installing approximately 194 linear feet of 5-inch and 6-inch seamless gutters with associated 3-inch downspouts; and removing and disposing of existing gutters and downspouts at two shops. The work has a stated performance period of October 1 through December 31, 2026, with completion required within 90 days after notice to proceed. The solicitation is a total small-business set-aside, uses a lowest-price evaluation, and requires compliance with federal construction wage rates and domestic construction-material requirements. Performance and payment bonds are required at 100 percent of the original contract price unless the contract price is at or below the applicable FAR threshold.
