Description
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is soliciting bids for all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, taxes, and incidentals necessary to enhance and restore the Cabinrock Wildlife Management Area wetland. The project is identified as 2027-189 Cabinrock WMA Wetland Enhancement & Restoration, and the unit bid price must include all costs required for completion. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal using the attached Price Schedule. Bidders must download, complete, and upload the Price Schedule in an accepted Excel or PDF format and enter a unit bid price in the portal. Award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and terms, with the State reserving the right to award by item, group, or total. No email or fax responses will be accepted.
