Description
The Minnesota Department of Military Affairs, through Camp Ripley, is soliciting a one-time purchase of 700 3-D IVAN E-Type targets and 250 3-D IVAN F-Type targets, or approved equals. The targets must meet all military requirements specified in Exhibit C, Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work. The solicitation identifies NSNs 6920-01-164-9625 and 6920-01-387-6397 for the requested target types. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Supplier Portal; non-electronic and email responses will not be accepted. The award will go to the lowest responsible bidder meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions, and the State may award by item, group, or total. This is a formal solicitation and a one-time purchase.
