Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation for an Omnicell XTE medication cabinet system for the St. Cloud VA Health Care System. The requirement includes one MED 1/4-height Omnicell XTE 2.0 cabinet with mounting baseplate kit, XT wired scanner, half-height XT Extend console, software licenses for profile options and scheduled medications, four metal locking drawers, one wired external return bin with cabinet mount, and a Windows 10 package with a 120-month subscription. Freight and the standard manufacturer warranty are included. The contractor must provide all required materials, labor, transportation, and services, and must supply new original-equipment-manufacturer items as an OEM, authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller. The quotation must include signed solicitation documents, any applicable amendment forms, a technical narrative describing the proposed approach and capability, information addressing limitations on subcontracting and Service Contract Labor Standards, and firm-fixed pricing in the solicitation's price-schedule format. Technical and past-performance information is limited to 30 pages in specified fonts; signed solicitation and clause documents are excluded from that limit.
