Description
Fayetteville Public Works Commission is soliciting a contractor to provide comprehensive support for eight GE 5001P gas turbine-generators, one GE A-10 steam turbine-generator, and associated balance-of-plant equipment. The scope includes planned and unplanned maintenance, combustion and hot gas path inspections, generator and steam turbine inspections, borescope inspections, emergency repairs, component refurbishment, machining, welding, inspection, field engineering, craft labor, outage and project management, material procurement, delivery and repair logistics, warranty-related work, technical training, and safety compliance. Bidders must submit pricing for labor, engineering, craft labor, materials, repairs, logistics, project management, time-and-material work, and optional training. The response must include the requested experience, technical approach, staffing, safety, procurement and logistics, repair-facility, warranty, pricing, references, and exceptions information, along with the completed pricing and required attachments and forms. The agreement is planned as a one-year term beginning on or about January 1, 2027, with up to two additional one-year extensions.
