Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking 43 each of NSN 7R-2835-015733495-P8, identified under TDP Version 002, with delivery FOB origin. The item is described as a commercial, nondevelopmental, off-the-shelf gas turbine power unit associated with gas turbines, jet engines, and related components. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, and this presolicitation notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Responsible sources may submit capability information or proposals for consideration in determining whether a competitive procurement will be conducted. Any offeror, product, service, or manufacturer must meet applicable qualification requirements at the time of award under FAR 52.209-1.
