Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for four canister assemblies, suction surgical, NSN 6515-01-622-0172, consisting of two units under each of two purchase requests. The item is identified as an FDA-regulated device, and quoters must specify the source and part number being supplied. Alternate offers require a complete data package for both the approved and alternate parts because adequate evaluation data is not available at the procurement agency. Supplies must be commercially packaged in sealed unit containers and shipping containers, with packaging, palletization, and medical marking requirements specified in the solicitation. Delivery is required within five days after award, FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside, and all quotations must be submitted through the designated online bid system.
