Description
The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals from a contractor licensed by GE to provide full-lifecycle major and minor maintenance, inspections, repairs, and emergency support for four GE TM2500 G4 SAC units, associated generators, and package ancillary equipment. Covered systems include starting, lubrication, instrumentation and controls, water injection, fuel, and other package support equipment. The scope includes OEM-based maintenance intervals, annual safety testing, combustion tuning, vibration analysis and balancing, parts and materials supply, outage support, quarterly condition monitoring, technical bulletin review, maintenance scheduling, budget estimates, outage planning, and post-maintenance reporting. The contractor must provide or subcontract qualified technical staff and support services such as cranes, scaffolding, and insulation. Pricing will be based on time, materials, work performed, and parts under a not-to-exceed arrangement. The agreement will continue through completion and successful recommissioning of the final TM2500 unit, subject to performance and contractual requirements.
