Description
The Massachusetts Municipal Wholesale Electric Company is soliciting sealed proposals for the materials, work, and services described in its proposal documents for the “Units 1A & 1C Frame 7E Steam Injection to Water Injection Conversion” project. The solicitation is identified as Invitation for Proposal No. 09012026. Proposal documents may be obtained from or examined at the MMWEC Procurement Office. Proposals must remain irrevocable and unchanged for 30 days after opening. MMWEC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, and accept proposals in whole or in part.
