Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking six packages of blood typing kits, NSN 6515-01-539-6531. Each kit must include a pre-impregnated anti-A, anti-B, and anti-Rh test card, lancet, alcohol preparation, and pipette for determining blood group and Rh factor from a fingerstick. The unit of issue is a package of five, and the kits must have an 18-month non-extendable shelf life, with no more than three months elapsed between manufacture and delivery. The supplies must be commercially packaged and marked in accordance with the applicable medical marking and DLA packaging requirements. Delivery is FOB destination to the specified military medical logistics facility, with destination inspection and acceptance. Alternate products require complete technical data, and quoters must identify the source and part number offered. The item is FDA-regulated and domestic-material restrictions may apply.
