Description
The City of Urbana is soliciting bids for the supply and delivery of USL #2 dyed diesel fuel to the Landscape Recycling Center at an estimated annual usage of 10,000 to 12,000 gallons. Winterized USL #2 dyed diesel is required between November and April. The vendor will generally deliver once per week, respond to delivery calls within 24 hours, and provide pricing as a per-gallon markup over rack price. The City makes no guarantee regarding quantities. The resulting contract will run from award through October 30, 2028, with no annual extension options; the parties may agree to a short-term extension of up to three months. The vendor must replace fuel-pump filters when required, with that work paid separately. Responses must be submitted electronically through the City's procurement portal. Required portal responses include delivery-schedule confirmation, EEO certification or packet as applicable, a W-9, proprietary-information disclosures, FOIA acknowledgment, vendor representations, and pricing.
