Description
NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia intends to procure 80 shielding gaskets, part number AG657000-34, NIIN 016923592, for H-60 Knighthawk aircraft. This is a spares requirement under FAR Part 12, with delivery FOB origin. Item Unique Identification, Buy American clauses, inspection and acceptance requirements, and a 365-day warranty will apply. The procurement is intended as a sole-source acquisition from Aviation Devices & Electronics (CAGE 1NPE1), identified as the original equipment manufacturer and only known approved source. Firms not already approved to manufacture the material may submit a Source Approval Request, but the procurement will not be delayed for approval. The notice states that the requirement is not a total small-business set-aside and that electronic procedures will be used.
