Description
The U.S. Navy's NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support is soliciting a firm-fixed-price proposal to repair, overhaul, upgrade, test, inspect, and return 18 communications interface units to Ready-for-Issue condition. The contractor must provide the necessary facility, labor, materials, replacement parts, tooling, and test equipment. Work includes inspection, component repair or replacement, reassembly, testing, quality control, configuration management, storage, and required repair and inspection documentation. Repairs must be performed at the contractor's identified facility in accordance with applicable manuals, drawings, and technical publications. The contractor must maintain an ISO 9001/SAE AS9100-compliant quality system, calibration controls, repair procedures, inspection procedures, and historical records. The solicitation identifies SCI Technology as the named repair source and requires any firm not already approved to submit a Source Approval Request; the procurement is not set aside for small business.
