Description
The La Verne Public Financing Authority is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide asset and park management services for La Verne Mobile Country Club Mobile Home Park and Valley Rancho Mobile Home Park in La Verne, California. La Verne Mobile Country Club is a 55-and-older, 21-acre community with 187 rental spaces, recreational facilities, management offices, and RV parking. Valley Rancho is an approximately five-acre, all-ages community with 28 Authority-owned homes, 15 rental spaces, 34 RV/trailer spaces, an apartment, a manager’s house, management and laundry facilities, a pool, and a clubhouse. Estimated gross income for the 2026–2027 budget year is $1,845,182 for La Verne Mobile Country Club and $676,419 for Valley Rancho. The selected firm will provide day-to-day operations, resident relations, property and infrastructure maintenance, financial management, compliance with applicable laws, preservation of affordability, and positive coordination among the Authority, residents, and management staff. The agreement will have a five-year term beginning in January 2027 and will support the Authority’s ongoing affordable-housing objectives and operating-agreement obligations.
