Description
BC Housing Management Commission is seeking a supplier to provide site representative services for The Washington Apartments, a 120-unit housing complex serving seniors and people with disabilities. The principal Site Representative must reside on site in a designated one-bedroom caretaker's unit at no rent. The scope includes tenant services, day-to-day operations, oversight and proactive management, and all aspects of interior and exterior maintenance. The supplier may use employees and approved contractors, and the principal Site Representative is ideally expected to have at least two years of experience. The site includes three buildings, one of which is currently operated by Island Health Authority and is estimated to return to BC Housing operation in October 2026.
