Description
The Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) is soliciting proposals for professional property management services under RFP Event 3341. The scope includes managing CHA properties, with requirements for qualifications, experience, past performance, references, organizational structure, key personnel, fee proposal, insurance, diversity goals, and various compliance documents. Vendors must submit a complete proposal package including attachments such as a cover letter, executive summary, approach/work plan, and required forms.
