Description
BakerRipley is soliciting proposals for a single, comprehensive enterprise award for property and real estate management services. The selected vendor will be responsible for all specified services, including real estate broker services, property management, tenant management, furniture systems, space planning, security, janitorial, lawn service, tree care, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, disaster response, and other related services. The contract will cover all of BakerRipley's properties and real estate needs. Interested vendors are encouraged to attend a virtual vendors conference and may schedule site visits.
