Description
The City seeks original mural designs for one recycle bin. Each design must use the provided template and cover all exterior sides of the bin; submitted artwork must be original and must not include prohibited logos, copyrighted or trademarked images, advertising, or inappropriate content. Artists may submit multiple designs, each as a separate submission, and must verify that they reside in the Helena area. The selected artist or team will receive $1,200 and, in a later phase, will be responsible for priming, painting, and sealing the bin with their own paint and supplies. This call is for design submissions only; the artist agreement and painting phase follow selection.
