Description
The project involves construction of Phase 1 improvements to a water reclamation facility. Work includes an anaerobic digester, disc thickeners, hydrocyclones, magnesium hydroxide dosing infrastructure, force main drain improvements, and scum line relocations, along with associated piping, appurtenances, auxiliary equipment, instrumentation and controls, and electrical improvements. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN. A bid security of at least 10% of the total bid is required. The successful bidder must provide performance and labor and materials payment bonds, each for 100% of the contract amount, and provide required insurance certificates. Contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry before bidding. A mandatory virtual pre-bid conference is required, and each bidder must submit the required written affirmation concerning nondiscrimination and equal-pay obligations.
