Description
Montana State University Culinary Services is soliciting an Aerowerks rotary tray accumulator and conveyor system for a high-volume residential dining facility. The specified system is designed for approximately 80 trays and includes a double slat-belt tray return conveyor, dish tables, pre-rinse stations, waste and recycling chutes, controls, sensors, and associated stainless-steel components. The manufacturer is specified as Aerowerks, and the system must integrate with the dish machine and existing dish-return infrastructure as applicable. The contractor must furnish and deliver the equipment, verify site conditions before fabrication, coordinate with university personnel, install and commission the system, test its operation, correct installation deficiencies, and provide on-site staff training, operating manuals, warranties, and replacement-parts and technical support. Delivery is required by the end of April 2027; installation is anticipated in May 2027, and the system must be operational no later than August 2, 2027.
