Description
The City-County of Butte-Silver Bow is soliciting sealed bids for its Library Solar Project. Bids must be delivered to the Clerk and Recorder’s Office by 4:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on November 10, 2026, and will be opened at 7:30 p.m. that day at a meeting of the City-County Council of Commissioners. Each bid must include bid security equal to 10% of the bid, in one of the specified forms: U.S. currency, an eligible bank instrument, or a bid bond issued by an authorized surety. The successful bidder must enter into the contract within 15 days after award. The attached project manual provides the project scope and other requirements.
