Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting quotes for indicator assemblies. The specific item required is NSN 6320-01-F19-5650, part number 74PLUS-2111100. The quantity requested is 8 units. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order will be awarded. No substitutions will be authorized without approval from USCGSFLC technical experts. The packaging requirements specify the Teledyne Detcon Model 7400PLUS-2111100, with specific configuration details including a polyester NEMA 4X housing, 50W AC to DC power supply, quad 4-20mA input board, 4-20mA output, and six relay option board. Visual and audio alarms are not included. Items must be individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E, Method 41, with specific requirements for vapor proof bags and cartons/boxes if required. Each package must be marked according to MIL-STD-129R and barcoded according to ISO/IEC-16388-2007, Code 39 symbology. The package label must include item name, part number, NSN, quantity, and condition. All items must be shipped FOB Destination to the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center at 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Receiving Room-Building 88, Baltimore, MD 21226. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday between 8 am and 3 pm. Invoicing and payment will be processed through https://www.ipp.gov, with Net 30 terms.
