This is a firm fixed-price procurement for Abaco Systems, Inc. XVR19 rugged forced air cooled Xeon E3 processors. The government intends to purchase these items on a brand name basis. Award will be made to the vendor that submits the lowest, aggregate, firm fixed-price, brand name quote.
