Description
The U.S. Navy, through Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), is seeking a Valtek Mark One Control Valve. This valve is specified as 1-1/2 inch, 150#, with a 316 stainless steel body, NPT end connections, and a Cv of 30. It must include a Logix 3800 digital positioner and limit closing stops set at 10% open. This is a sole source solicitation intended for PRO-QUIP INC. The valve is required for the Propulsion Systems Evaluation Facility (PSEF) at Patuxent River Naval Air Station to support a test cell upgrade. The period of performance is 8 weeks after contract award, with delivery to Building 2360 at Patuxent River, MD.
