Description
Washington County, Maryland is soliciting bids for the Curb and Sidewalk Construction at Various Locations Project, Contract No. MS-CS-326-28. This project involves concrete curb, sidewalk, and ADA ramp improvements throughout the county. The scope of work includes excavation, minor grading, removal of existing sidewalks, installation of new sidewalks and ramps, concrete curb work, asphalt patching, and turfgrass establishment, all in accordance with MDOT SHA Specifications. The project is classified as Cost Group Letter Class "C," with an estimated value between $500,001 and $1,000,000. Bidders are required to register on the Washington County Bidding Site to obtain bid documents and receive addenda. A pre-bid teleconference is scheduled for June 24, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. local time, with participation being strongly encouraged but not mandatory. Questions are due by July 3, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. ET, and bids are due by July 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. ET, submitted exclusively through the online bidding site.
