Description
The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Acquisitions, intends to negotiate and award a firm fixed-price contract to USBDB Service Contract Admin for a service agreement for BD Biosciences Flow Cytometer Service (S/N #: V33896201685). This is a non-competitive solicitation for commercial items. The service agreement will cover multiple BD Biosciences flow cytometer instruments, including their corresponding lasers and handlers. The scope of work includes labor, preventative maintenance, and parts. The contractor is expected to provide unlimited service visits, a 1-business-day guaranteed response time for emergency service, and on-site service during business hours. Software revisions will be updated during preventative maintenance visits, and unlimited telephone and email support for instruments, reagents, and applications will be provided. The contract period of performance is from July 10, 2026, to July 9, 2027.
