Description
The City seeks a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program for employees and their dependent family members. Services include confidential assessment, short-term counseling, referrals, work-life resources, and specialized support for public safety and first responders. The provider must offer 24/7/365 critical incident response, emergency services, management consultation, follow-up for supervisory referrals, and a designated contact available to Human Resources at all times. The scope also includes semi-annual supervisor training, employee orientations, quarterly utilization reports, promotional materials, and other training and consulting. Proposals must address staffing and clinical qualifications, program design, comparable client references, service availability and locations, implementation, confidentiality, and pricing. The contract has a three-year base term with one two-year renewal option. The City also requests optional pricing for employee engagement survey services.
