Description
The County of Orange seeks to pre-qualify firms for a Qualified Vendor List providing as-needed architect-engineer and related contract administration, project administration, and management services for county maintenance and capital improvement projects. Services may include project development, scope and work-breakdown development, cost estimating, design-firm oversight, regulatory coordination, bid and pre-bid support, construction administration, change-order and payment review, project meetings, budget monitoring, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout. Qualified firms may receive future task orders or subordinate contracts, but placement on the list and contract award do not guarantee any minimum amount or volume of work. Contracts awarded through the process may have a maximum term of three years. Respondents must demonstrate relevant experience, California licensing or registration as applicable, at least three years of California business operations, and comparable public-sector experience, including at least five references with three comparable public-sector references from the past five years. The response includes a cover letter and executive summary, compliance statements, company profile and references, staffing information, availability and approach, qualifications and project examples, a cost submission, required certifications, and specified declarations and attestations.
