Orange County Water District is soliciting quotes from qualified firms to provide DuPont Amberlite PSR2+ virgin ion-exchange resin for PFAS treatment systems, including delivery, installation, forward flushing, replacement of spent resin, and disposal. Work will support new construction fills and replacement fills at operating sites in north and central Orange County, with requirements for potable-water suitability, testing for specified contaminants, regulatory compliance, water-slurry transfer, spill cleanup, and performance guarantees for PFOA and PFOS removal. The quote must include pricing for resin, initial fills, change-outs, resin preparation, and disposal for 2027 and 2028, with optional 2029 pricing. Respondents must provide a title page, cover letter, completed cost quote sheet, DIR registration and prevailing-wage compliance information, safety-program forms, a safety manual, insurance-compliance statement, agreement-acceptance statement, billing statement, conflict-of-interest statement, and equal-employment/affirmative-action statement. The selected contractor will enter into a two-year agreement beginning January 1, 2027, with an option for a third year.
