Description
The County of Orange and Orange County Flood Control District seek to prequalify firms for structural engineering and related consulting services on an as-needed basis. Selected firms may be placed on a Qualified Vendor List and considered for task-order work; placement or contract award does not guarantee any minimum amount or volume of work. Services may cover structural assessments and investigations, engineering analyses, design and construction documents, permitting support, cost estimating, peer review, bid support, construction-phase services, and project closeout for facilities, structures, infrastructure, and improvement projects. The County may make multiple awards, and task-specific scope, schedule, staffing, and compensation will be established through individual task orders. Contracts may have a maximum term of three years.
