Description
The Michigan Air National Guard is soliciting a single firm-fixed-price contractor for comprehensive HVAC upgrades at Building 304 and Hanger 9. The work includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, appliances, and supervision; demolishing and removing existing units; installing new systems; commissioning them; and integrating them with existing digital controls. Performance must comply with the statement of work, specifications, and drawings, with the more stringent requirement prevailing where they differ. The project is a commercial construction procurement and will be performed over 365 days while the buildings remain occupied and operational. The contractor must coordinate utility shutdowns and access to secure areas. The opportunity is reserved as a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
