Richmond Community Schools is soliciting proposals for the development and implementation of a Drinking Water Management Plan (DWMP) for Will L. Lee Elementary School, in compliance with the Michigan Clean Drinking Water Access Act (2023 PA 154). The plan must include an inventory of all consumptive and non-consumptive water fixtures, identification of filtered bottle-filling stations and filtered faucets, and a schedule for annual lead sampling and testing of filtered water outlets. The contractor will also be responsible for regular replacement of filter cartridges according to manufacturer's instructions, maintaining records, and submitting required certification forms to EGLE. The selected contractor will work with the school's facilities staff to ensure all requirements are met and documentation is retained for review.
