Description
Clinton-Macomb Public Library is soliciting proposals for fully managed, symmetrical Dedicated Internet Access with transport service at 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps, 1.5 Gbps, and 2 Gbps. Services must provide dedicated bandwidth with a committed information rate, have no usage caps or speed throttling, and terminate at the library buildings' designated main distribution frame demarcation points. Bidders must price all monthly recurring, non-recurring, and special construction charges and provide pricing for a /29 IP address block and DDoS protection. The requested initial contract term is July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2030, with two voluntary 12-month extensions that could extend the term through June 30, 2032. Service is required to be operational by July 1, 2027. Proposals must include the completed pricing attachment, service-provider terms and conditions if applicable, the provider's SPIN, and all costs associated with the proposed service. Pricing must be submitted in XLS or XLSX format, and proposals that omit required cost categories, fail to meet the minimum bandwidth, or do not reach the building demarcation point may be disqualified.
