Description
Chesterfield Charter Township is soliciting bids for cleaning and television inspection of approximately 200 sanitary sewer pipe segments totaling about 48,000 feet, primarily along Jefferson Avenue and connecting local streets. The work covers 8-inch through 27-inch sewers and includes PACP-coded CCTV inspection, cleaning before inspection, inspection of manholes and laterals where specified, identification and exposure of buried or uncharted manholes, debris disposal, and recommendations for corrective action. The contractor must provide qualified personnel certified in NASSCO PACP, LACP, and MACP procedures; CCTV, cleaning, jetting, vacuum, robotic, confined-space, and related equipment; digital video, still images, graphic and tabular reports, NASSCO-compliant database files, cleaning logs, and other project records. The scope also includes temporary traffic control, resident notifications, required permits, and an allowance of up to $25,000 for authorized heavy sewer cleaning. Substantial completion is required by February 26, 2027, with final completion by March 26, 2027.
