Clinton-Macomb Public Library is soliciting qualified service providers for Category 2 network equipment and related services. The requested solution includes 39 switches with necessary software and licenses, 45 wireless access points with necessary software and licenses, basic maintenance for the switches and wireless access points, and vendor installation of the wireless access points. Switch installation is not requested. The pricing attachment identifies Meraki or equivalent equipment, including specified Meraki Catalyst 9300, Cisco Meraki MS150, and Cisco CW9176I-RTG access-point models or equivalent alternatives. Bidders must complete the pricing attachment, provide make, model, or SKU information for any alternative solution, and list all project costs, including shipping and access-point installation. The work covers the Main Library, North Branch, and South Branch.
