Description
The Charter Township of Chesterfield is soliciting proposals for one-time commercial carpet-cleaning services at its Municipal Office, Community Center, and Department of Public Works facilities. The contractor must provide all labor, trained personnel, supervision, commercial-grade equipment, cleaning products, supplies, transportation, and incidental materials. The scope includes vacuuming, pretreatment and removal of stains and winter salt residue, hot-water extraction or another approved commercial cleaning method, moisture extraction, deodorizing, carpet grooming, furniture movement where appropriate, protection of Township property, and final inspection and correction of unacceptable conditions. Work is scheduled for November or December 2026 and must generally be performed during evenings or weekends. The proposal must include pricing, the vendor questionnaire, three references, warranty information, insurance documentation, and acknowledgment of Addendum No. 3.
