Description
Montezuma County is soliciting a contractor to provide janitorial services at Annex 1, a 23,460-square-foot facility that includes the CSU Extension Office. Required work includes weekday evening cleaning; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, spot-cleaning carpets, waste removal, restroom sanitation and restocking, drinking-fountain sanitation, entry-door cleaning, wall spot-cleaning, and securing the building at the end of each workday. The scope also includes weekly dusting and mopping, monthly telephone cleaning, quarterly interior and exterior window cleaning and baseboard cleaning, semiannual carpet shampooing and heating-vent cleaning, annual bathroom-floor waxing, supply-inventory management, and extra services when approved by the Maintenance Supervisor. Personnel must pass background checks and E-Verify screening. The contractor must submit pricing, acknowledge addenda, and provide three references.
