Description
L'Anse Creuse Public Schools is soliciting bids for a district-wide replacement of uninterruptible power supply systems across its facilities. The scope includes rack-mounted UPS units, battery systems, network management cards, rack-mounted power distribution units, cabling, mounting hardware, software, demolition and disposal of legacy UPS equipment, installation, testing, startup, configuration, and training. The specifications identify 2.0 kVA and 3.0 kVA UPS systems, with approximately 118 UPS-related internal-connection and maintenance units plus seven Category One network-equipment units. The contractor must provide a turnkey solution, including a complete bill of materials, equipment and product documentation, installation and project schedules, maintenance and service agreements, warranties, references, qualified personnel, and E-Rate eligibility information. Installation is expected to occur from May 1 through June 30, 2027, with substantial completion by June 30, 2027. The bid requires a five percent bid security; successful bidders must provide 100 percent performance and labor-and-material payment bonds, prevailing-wage registration documentation, and the specified affidavits and certifications.
