Description
Macomb County Veterans Services is seeking a qualified media buyer to plan and execute campaigns reaching veterans in Macomb County. The scope includes audience research, media planning, rate negotiation with media properties, coordinated traditional and digital campaigns, campaign optimization against performance indicators, and reporting and analysis. Channels may include television, radio, print, outdoor advertising, social media, online display, and programmatic advertising. Other Macomb County departments may use the resulting contract by mutual agreement. The proposal must not exceed 15 pages and must address qualifications and similar-project experience, understanding of the scope, target-audience research, recommended media channels, performance methodology and timeline, success measurement, public-agency experience, complaints or litigation, three similar-project references from the past five years, and all completed solicitation forms including the pricing form. The example campaign budget is approximately $240,295, while future campaigns may vary in scope, budget, and duration.
