L'Anse Creuse Public Schools is soliciting bids for a district-wide UPS replacement project covering 21 eligible entities. The scope includes approximately 118 UPS and battery-backup units, associated software and licenses, installation and initial configuration, removal and lawful off-site disposal of existing UPS equipment, required mounting hardware, cabling, connectors, accessories, and coordination of shutdowns and cutovers. The contractor must verify existing conditions and electrical connections, install and configure new UPS equipment in accordance with manufacturer requirements and applicable codes, connect UPS network-management cards to the district network, test normal and battery-transfer operation, provide labeling, and protect existing technology infrastructure. The procurement also includes basic maintenance of internal UPS connections. The drawings identify multiple UPS types and equipment configurations across elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, administrative centers, and support facilities.
