Description
The City of Winston-Salem will conduct an online-only auction sale of two covered shelters located at 1551 North Liberty Street, Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The shelters will be auctioned individually and sold as-is. All available information will be provided through the auction listing. An open house for viewing and due diligence is scheduled for October 27, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Bidding will occur online on November 6, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., with bidding closing at exactly 4:00 p.m. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the winning bid. Winning bidders are responsible for removing the shelters within 30 days.
