Description
Winston-Salem State University seeks a firm to provide executive-level strategic marketing and communications advisory services to the Chancellor and Cabinet. The scope includes strategic planning, executive communications, stakeholder engagement, crisis and issues management, media relations, executive media training, enterprise marketing, brand strategy and governance, reputation management, organizational assessment, integrated marketing and communications development, executive coaching, leadership development, and performance measurement. The firm must provide a dedicated managing partner or principal as the University's primary point of contact and lead for deliverables. The managing partner is expected to attend monthly on-campus progress meetings, with other work permitted remotely. The initial contract term is two years, with up to three additional one-year renewal options. Proposals must include a cover letter, title page, executed proposal pages, applicable addenda receipts, a proposal addressing the specifications, pricing, customer references, worker-location information, and a signed certification of financial condition. The proposal must also answer detailed questions regarding qualifications, executive advisory experience, strategic planning, integrated marketing, crisis communications, organizational leadership, measurement, and the proposed first 90-day approach.
