Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is soliciting bids for an estimated 5,000 rolls of fiberglass mineral-surface rolled roofing for the North American International Livestock Show. The requested product must be 90-pound fiberglass mineral-surface roofing, coated on both sides with weathering-grade asphalt and covered on top with ceramic mineral slate granules. No underlayment will be accepted. Color is immaterial; each roll must be 36 inches wide and 36 feet long. Pallets must measure 42 by 48 inches and contain 25–30 rolls. Pricing must include shipping, with delivery beginning by October 26, 2026, and completed no later than October 30, 2026. The contract has an initial one-year period from the date of award, with no optional renewal period. Bids will be evaluated using a best-value approach weighted 95% for price and 5% for delivery. Paper bids are not accepted; responses must be submitted electronically through the Commonwealth's eProcurement system. The quantity is estimated and is not guaranteed.
