Description
The Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services is seeking an experienced provider to establish and operate an integrated therapeutic continuum for youth in state custody. Services include Qualified Residential Treatment Program and Therapeutic Group Home services, Supervised Independent Living and transition services, residential and clinical care, nursing, education coordination, workforce development, family engagement, transportation, food service, facility operations, and routine maintenance. The program will use state-owned facilities and be implemented in phases, with capacity for up to 52 youth. The selected provider must supply personnel, supervision, program administration, facility provisioning, licensing and accreditation, and operational support. Proposals must address the management and clinical models, staffing, implementation and startup, licensure and accreditation, and detailed per-person per-diem pricing for the initial seven-year term and three optional one-year renewals. The solicitation requires a proposal package with specified narratives, cost materials, forms, references, financial statements, organizational documentation, and a public/redacted copy when applicable.
