Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division is soliciting a firm-fixed-price purchase order for 20 upper Hellfire missile adapters (part number 1517AS106-1, NSN 1450-01-215-6626), 20 lower Hellfire missile adapters (part number 1517AS107-1, NSN 1450-01-222-8516), and one lot of related technical data. The items support AH-1Z and UH-1Y Foreign Military Sales to the Czech Ministry of Defense under CASE EZ-P-SBF. The procurement is a 100% small-business set-aside and will be awarded to the lowest-price technically acceptable offeror. The Government-owned build-to-print technical drawing package contains Controlled Unclassified Information and is export controlled. Offerors must have current CMMC Level 2 self-assessment status and a valid certified DD Form 2345 to obtain the drawings and other attachments. Quotes must include pricing for all contract line items, demonstrate delivery within 90 calendar days after contract award, quote FOB origin terms, and provide a delivery schedule. The technical evaluation also requires acceptable or neutral SPRS past-performance information, a current NIST SP 800-171 assessment, and active CMMC Level 2 self-assessment status in SPRS.
