Description
New Mexico State University, on behalf of the New Mexico Department of Agriculture, is seeking a contractor to design and implement a comprehensive statewide marketing campaign promoting locally produced New Mexico beef, increasing consumer awareness and demand, and supporting beef producers and industry stakeholders. The campaign must include target-audience planning, a multichannel marketing approach, geographic reach strategy, branding initiatives incorporating the NM Taste the Tradition and Grown with Tradition initiatives, and performance measurement. The work will cover fiscal years 2027 and 2028, beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2028. Proposals must describe the work plan, staffing, statewide or defined service-area capacity, deliverables, measurable outcomes, reporting, and relevant qualifications. The budget may not exceed $150,000. The selected contractor will be required to submit quarterly reimbursement invoices with supporting documentation, progress reports, annual reports, and a final report. A minimum of three references is required, and proposals will be evaluated on industry expertise, organizational experience, marketing strategy and creativity, work plan and deliverables, cost, and references.
